Our lifetime guarantee isn’t a slogan. It’s a responsibility.
We design every pack to be easy to repair, not thrown away, and we’ve built a network of trusted repair partners around the world (more on that soon).
If something fails because of how your pack was made, we will repair or replace it for as long as you own it, keeping your bag and all the stories stitched into it.
